30 Day Return Policy  

Our products are custom made for you. Vista Finishing provides a 30-Day Return Policy for unmodified items from our catalog in standard finishes. After your returned product has been received and inspected, credit for the product, less a 25% restocking fee, will be issued.


The following products are NOT eligible for return:

  • Product that has been installed is not eligible for return
  • Product that has been modified is not eligible for return
  • Special Request items are not eligible for return
  • Product finished in custom colors are not eligible for return

All returned product must be in original packaging.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for opening and inspecting your order as soon as possible. You are responsible for contacting Vista Finishing Customer Service to request a Return or Replacement order. You will contract with a transport carrier, arrange for pickup up, and pay the cost of return shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

After the items have been received and inspected by Vista Finishing, credit for product, less a 25% restocking fee, will be issued. Credit will not be issued for return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet check your credit card account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
